Quality PrinciplesThe quality of our products and of our technology is of great importance to us. Only if we can achieve outstanding performance are we able to guarantee growth and success in the long run. In order to sustainably meet our quality requirements, we have implemented well-documented standards. Internal audits assure compliance with these standards. We welcome customer feedback, both complaints and praise, and use this information to improve our products and processes. We support open communication, enabling our highly qualified employees to develop and realize innovative ideas. Efficient, flat corporate structures and forward-looking business processes enable quick tests and implementation of new concepts. To assess corporate development and plan for the future, every year our management review team analyzes the current situation and then adapts the strategic corporate direction, if necessary. We are in constant dialog with our investors, customers, and employees. Since 2007, all members of the NANOIDENT Group have been registered to ISO 9001:2000. Our subsidiaries are audited annually for compliance to the ISO 9001 standard: NANOIDENT Technologies AG, NANOIDENT ORGANIC FAB (OFAB) GmbH, NANOIDENT Biometrics GmbH, NANOIDENT Biometrics S.A.S., and BIOIDENT Technologies Inc. By achieving this internationally recognized certification for the full scope of business processes at all of its locations and subsidiaries, NANOIDENT demonstrates a solid commitment to quality, safety, and the environment. ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems, which is maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and is administered by independent accreditation and certification bodies. ISO 9001 certification requires controlled processes focused on regulatory and customer requirements, proper record keeping, and continuous improvement processes. NANOIDENT developed its quality management system in conjunction with the development of its new production facility NANOIDENT OFAB and was audited by the independent registrar Quality Austria. The company is one of the first printed semiconductor organizations to achieve this certification, which makes it well suited to deal with a growing list of customers that require ISO 9001:2000 certified suppliers.
